Quote of the Day: Mexican Proverb

“They tried to bury us.
They didn’t know we were seeds.”
~ Mexican Proverb

I fell in love with this quote the moment I read it.

More often than not, those of us who speak out about and work towards universal truth, discovery of self, the energetic structure of the universe, etc. are met with opposition from those who have yet to experience these things for themselves; and that is fine, we who are in that position understand why this dynamic exists.

What makes me chuckle is that those who are the most threatened and upset by truth usually lash out in an aggressive attack to discredit and even humiliate those they have yet to understand – in an effort to ‘bury’ that which makes them so uncomfortable.

Well, in their haste to cover up whatever it was that made them so uncomfortable in the first place, they fail to realize that their actions only serve to act as a catalyst to the spreading of truth – by way of a myriad of subtle energetic reactions that words and intellectualization cannot even begin to grasp or convey.

We are seeds of truth within this world. Opposition trying to bury us only provides us the environment to take root and burst forth, sharing our love and light with the world around us.

Have a magical Wednesday, xo
