The Introduction to Meditation Workshop on May 31st was a wonderful success!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out and helped make it such an amazing and constructive day – I felt so blessed to be surrounded by sadhakas (aspirants on the path of truth) eager to learn, participate, and share their energies with everyone.

Though the event started a bit late, we covered a great variety of topics that aimed at providing sadhakas with a set of skills and tools to use as they progress along their meditation journey, and as challenges and obstacles arise along the way.

Everyone commented on feeling light, refreshed, and energized after the workshop!

After the workshop we enjoyed a macrobiotic picnic; I made some fresh miso soup for everyone and fried up fresh falafels, served with a great salad and banana brownies for dessert!
